Join us for a special wine pairing & charcuterie making class hosted by Floyd's Lounge & Edible Creations by MK Thursday, May 23rd from 6:30-8:30pm. This pairing and class is $90/person (+ tax) and you must sign up at Floyd's Lounge by Sunday, May 19th. We only have 12 spots available & we anticipate seats to fill fast. Your tickets gets you: *Pairing of 4 wines with 4 charcuterie bites: 1) prosecco + brie & apricot jam on a water cracker, 2) viognier + gouda & apricot preserves on a baguette, 3) malbec + manchego & salami on a crostini, 4) shiraz + gorgonzola & raspberry habanero jam on a fruit/walnut crisp. *A pairing card with details of the wines paired with the charcuterie bites *A class that teaches you how to create & assemble a stunning charcuterie board of your own (2 hours; taught by Meghan Kuecker of Edible Creations by MK) *9" platter filled with all food from the class (your 9" platter will feed 2 as an appetizer or 1 for dinner) **can be wrapped to take home or can be consumed after the class @ Floyd's.
