My dad, Bud, "The Pieman," began waiting tables at The Original Ninfa's on Navigation in the '70s. Over his time there, he built their catering business from the ground up and brought what he learned to Round Top when he started Royers Round Top Cafe in 1987. As a 12-year-old, I remember our simple catering menu: grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, black-eyed peas, rolls, and pies. As the cafe grew, so did our catering business. Houstonians would come to the country for the weekend and entertain their friends! I worked alongside my dad as he cooked the menu, built the pack list, displayed the food, and served the guests. Hands-on training at its best! As the business grew, my dad passed the catering on to me, and I fell in love with creating event menus and experimenting with different recipes and meals! We cater for private dinners in homes, dinner parties as small as 25, or events up to 500. I love creating a menu around the vision the customer dreams of, whether in the country or the city! We have available tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and glassware. Our entire event staff can deliver, set up, and serve buffet or full table service. My dad always said, "We'll make you look good."

The wedding stack is available in Tara’s Chocolate Chip, Sweet ‘n Salty, Texas Trash or Peanut Butter White Trash! All wedding stacks come with chocolate covered strawberries too. This is where we bake the pies and pastries for Royers Pie Haven in Round Top, TX. We also bake for other shops and venues in and out of Texas. We started in Giddings in 2011 when we needed our own large kitchen, and we had other vendors manufacturing our pies for us. We needed and desired to bring it back in house, and here we are! We have been rolling out the dough and slinging pies, in our family business, for over 36 years.

FEED HIS PEOPLE
God made it real clear at the beginning of the covid-19 pandemic, you have a commercial kitchen that was not being used to it’s full capacity, so start making daily meals for families through this crisis. All the meals feed 2-4 or 6-8 people and come with a sweet treat. The cost is $24-$42 plus $5 delivery in the Brenham area.

Every Monday night is our community wide Family Dinner at Fireman’s Park, 901 N. Park St., Brenham, TX. 5:30pm-7:30pm Free for all, and all welcome! Donations only. Can make online donations to our non-profit, Gather n Grace, here.

GATHERING SPACE
We love gathering people and we are so excited that now we have a place for you to gather people too! From birthday parties, dinners, meetings, showers, events, & so much more the possibilities are endless. Seats about 30-35 people between family style tables, couches, and oversized chairs. We are The Steele family and we love to sit with people, face to face. Our kids ask us, "who is coming over tonight?", they expect to meet new people all the time. In November of 2017, God intervened, and put this perfect 7 acres in front of my husband, Rick. He had been looking for land for over a year, and had never seen this plot of land, even though it had been on the market for 6 months. He was looking for a piece of land to build a safe gathering space for retreats, workshops, events, bible studies. A place for a church without walls, no denominations, just one God. Housing for those that need rest, community, to write or create. And, a big 'ole commercial kitchen to bake pies for wholesale, shipping & Royers Pie Haven. We also prepare dinner for our non-profit's community wide Monday Family Dinner in Brenham, Tx. We are the hands and feet of Jesus and are open to whatever God has for us on this beautiful piece of land. We hope you will follow along, join us and show up!
